At Aeterna Zentaris, Kelly Mattarocci was pivotal in a $50M ATM capital raise. She advised on strategic global shifts through scenario forecasting, and implemented an SEC automation strategy under IFRS—saving 320 hours annually and strengthening compliance for this international biopharmaceutical leader.
As EVP and CFO, Kelly Mattarocci boosted cash inflow by 10% annually through goveranance and cash management at New Horizons, the only accredited center in its network. Additionally, she led a back-office digital transformation and implemented RPA as a proof of concept for a data-driven model.
